All-Purpose Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

A pound of red peppers; dried after washing
1/2 c of sugar
2 c of rice-vinegar
1/3 c of sake
1/3 c of salt
1 c of garlic; peeled

Instructions:

Pulse all of the ingredients together in food-processor ’til a paste of thick consistency is achieved.
