Chili Fish Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp of garlic; minced
2 tsps of chili paste; roasted
1 1/2 tsp of chilies (serrano); diced
3 Tbsps of cilantro; chopped finely
3 Tbsps of lime juice (fresh)
5 Tbsps of scallions; sliced thinly
6 Tbsps of sauce (Thai)
Instructions:
Mix together, scallions, garlic, chili paste, serrano chilies and lemon juice. Add the cilantro and Thai sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Can store in the fridge for three days.
