Chili ( Spicy Pork ) Recipe


Chili ( Spicy Pork ) Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of pork (ground)
4 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped finely
1 pc of sweet pepper (red, medium); chopped
1 pc of pepper (green, medium); chopped
1 c of celery (fresh); chopped
29 oz of diced tomatoes (canned, with liquid)
16 oz of beans (kidney, canned); drained then rinsed
6 oz of tomato paste (canned)
3/4 c of water
2 tsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of oregano (dried)
1/4 tsp of dried pepper flakes (red)
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
1/16 tsp of hot sauce (pepper)

Instructions:

Cook onion and pork inside a (Dutch) oven till pork turns brown. Drain then add garlic, celery, and peppers; stir and cook, at about five mins. Add tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, water, brown sugar, oregano, chili powder, pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce; let it boil.

Once boiling, reduce the heat and cover. Let it simmer, about forty-five mins.
