Smoked Chili Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of chiles, chipotle (in adobo sauce)
2 Tbsps of tomato paste
2 c of water (boiling)
1 Tbsp of strong wine (red)
or
1 Tbsp of vinegar (balsamic)
2 Tbsps of sugar (brown)
Instructions:
Blend water and chiles inside the processor; process till smoothened. Add tomato paste, red wine, and brown sugar; process again till smooth. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
